  • Speaker name to be confirmed - Ritchie Bros.
UK National Federation of Demolition Contractors CEO Howard Button and C&D Consultancy chief consultant John Woodward are chairing the conference and will be in charge of the morning and afternoon sessions respectively.

Construction News Specialists Awards: deadline extended

The Construction News Specialists Awards 2015 is happening next year on the 18th March at Hilton Park Lane, London. The awards are free to enter, and until last week the deadline for entry was November 7th. If you missed that date, though, we have good news: the deadline has been extended. Now entries will be accepted up until November 19th.

This is a clever move because this year sees the introduction of 8 new award categories, and it takes time for that to filter down to all the companies that can submit an entry. Hopefully this extra time allows them to do that.

The new categories include:
  • Specialist Contractor of the Year with a turnover up to £25m
  • Specialist Contractor of the Year with a turnover over £25m
  • Business Innovation of the Year
  • Equipment Supplier of the Year
  • Materials Supplier of the Year
  • BIM Project Excellence
  • Sustainable Project of the Year
  • Structural Specialist of the Year
