What is a SWOT Plan?

Have you received a PQQ over the last few weeks asking if your company has done a SWOT plan?

If so did you know what it was?

If you didn't know, why not attend a half day course on SWOT plans and how to prepare them?

A SWOT plan is a means of company analysis used more and more often these days by Local Authority clients, and by HSE Inspectors when they visit companies, particularly when an asbestos licence is due for renewal.

So what is a SWOT?

It is an analysis of the following:-
  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Opportunities
  • Threats
The idea is that by analysis of these items a clear picture of the company can be obtained with regard to how they currently operate and their plans for the future.

If you want to be in front of your opposition when PQQ are being analysed then book a place on the course. Dates throughout April and May at various locations around the country are available at £70.00 plus VAT per seat.

Contact us at jill@demolishdismantle.co.uk to enquire about dates.
