Making car parks by demolishing buildings
What's an easy way to increase the number of parking spaces in a city centre? Easy, create them by demolishing two buildings. In the video above Limerick city centre is currently having that work done to create the new parking area. The buildings being taken down used to be Tiger Lillies restaurant and a workspace studio next to it.
The work is being carried out by O’Kelly Brothers Demolition & Environmental Contractors of Ballingarry, with 15 people employed to complete the job.
