As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
- 5-10 years’ experience managing demolition projects, ideally in the sectors outlined above
- Ability to carry out work to a high safety standard and drive a strong safety culture
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
- Good commercial acumen with experience managing contracts
- Ability to program and track the progress of projects using Microsoft Project
- Team player with the ability to lead and manage a project team
- Strong technical understanding of demolition
- Experience with asbestos removal and/or remediation projects an advantage
