Scott Safety warns of fault on Phantom Vision Mask
Scott Safety is known around the world for producing respiratory, personal protective equipment, and safety devices for firefighters, industrial workers, police squads, militaries, homeland security forces, and rescue teams. However, it seems there is a fault in one of their products, and they want to ensure everyone knows about it to avoid risk and injury.
The product in question is the Phantom Vision Mask. The fault may be present in the form of an axial split along the wall of the exhale valve port of the front fitting.
The company is asking that customers who own and use these masks check them using this document as a guide.
If you find your mask or masks are faulty, then Scott Safety is requesting you return them to a safety centre for replacement free of charge.
