Introduction
The Working at Heights Regulations 2005 require that all persons needing to work at height are provided with suitable equipment and training, safety harness use is a last resort measure whenfalls can not be prevented or limited so the correct selection inspection and fitting of safety harnesses is essential to personal safety.
Aims
The course is designed to provide delegates with the essential knowledge required for operating safely at height.

· Fall protection equipment and working at heights
· Safety inspection of harness & lanyard prior to use
· Correct fitting of harness
· Identifying correct tie-off points
