C&D Consultancy help to keep Armac busy on the training front

Over the last 3 months C&D Consultancy have arranged or delivered in excess of 150 days of training for Armac in the following areas:-

• PASMA tower scaffold erection.


• First aid refresher and new first aider.


• High Reach CCDO machine driver assessments.


• New CCDO Demolition Supervisors.


• Harness inspection and maintenance.


• IPAF working at height and MEWP.


• SMSTS for key personnel.


• SSSTS for site foremen.


• An additional ARCA Asbestos Manager.


• Roller and dumper CPCS assessments.


• CCDO assessments for operatives and topmen.

Operations Director Adrian Mclean commented that

“We have taken a conscious decision to carry out refresher training during a busy period for the company as we believe that operatives see the benefit of the training more when they can quickly put the training to use in site situations”
