To cruise or not to cruise

Those people who know John are familiar with the type of holiday that he and Jill enjoy, a relaxing cruise across the oceans, reading, drinking cold beer or wine and eating nice food, and many people ask what cruising is like.

The majority of cruises will involve tranquil sails across oceans with the occasional bumpy sea to contend with now or then and it is, therefore, a lovely way to take a break.

However, every now and then those oceans get a little rough and then the cruise is not so much fun.
