C&D Consultancy new course in Effective Communications Skills sells out

We are delighted to announce that our new course in Effective Communications Skills scheduled for Friday 15th April has SOLD OUT.

The course aimed at Supervisors, Office Staff, Managers and Directors of all types and size of companies offers an opportunity to improve on their basis communication skills thus improving professional and personal working relationships.

The one day course focuses on the following:-

• What is Communication?


• Communication as a process.


• What is Active Listening?


• Barriers to Communication.


• Understanding non verbal communication.


• Improving communication skills.

This course also offers candidates an opportunity to practice these skills in a safe learning environment.

This new course is designed to demonstrate that the company is embracing the new requirements within local authority and UKCG pre-qualification processes.

The next course will be Friday 10th June 2011. It will run from 9.15am until 4pm and will be held in the Walsall area near to the M6 junction 10.

The cost will be £80.00 per delegate with an included buffet lunch. For candidates travelling from distance hotel accommodation can be arranged at additional cost.
