With 2011 well under way now, it's time to look ahead to the warm summer months and the IDE Golf Day. Yes, it's happening again based on the success of previous meetings that were an experience enjoyed by all.
This year the date for your diaries is July 6th. The location is Stonebridge Golf & Fishing Centre at Meriden in Warwick.
The day will begin at 10am with bacon rolls and tea/coffee followed by a full day of golf. That will be followed by a regional meeting at 4:30pm and dinner at 6:30pm where the prizes will be awarded.
Stonebridge boasts an impressive 27 hole championship course, run as three loops, with the Somers and Hampton course being 6102 yards and a par 70, the Blythe and Somers courses being 6073 yards and a par 70, the Hampton and Blythe courses are 5543 yards and is a par 66.
Stonebridge has gained a reputation over the last 10 years as a course that not only challenges the experienced golfer but enables the casual golfer to enjoy a round on a very well maintained and manicured course.
To attend both the golf day and dinner will cost £60. Alternatively you can just attend the regional meeting and dinner for £20, or just the dinner for the same price. We hope to see you all there.
The booking form can be downloaded here with more details and full intructions on how to book.
