C&D ran their new Communication Course a couple of Friday's ago. We are pleased to announce that it was a resounding success with all participants having enjoyed an information packed, but fun day. Although we had no one in attendance from the demoiltion sector, we have received several enquiries and requests for further courses to run as soon as possible. No doubt that this will prove to be a popular course for the future.
In the world of construction and demolition more and more clients and principal contractors are now asking for evidence that supervisors and front line staff can demonstrate an understanding of behavioural issues and effective intervention skills. Our Communication Course covers these requirements and offers candidates an opportunity to develop and enhance aspects of effective communication and listening skills, learn how to deal with difficult situations effectively and introduces the concept of working with emotional intelligence. All candidates receive a Certificate of Attendance.
