Demolition, reclamation, and bulk excavation firm Coleman & Company have just undertaken a 5-year strategic review, and one of the outcomes is a restructuring of their Board of Directors.
According to Mark Coleman, group managing director:
"It is important that Coleman & Company Limited continue to develop the brand and core specialist services that it currently offers, whilst investing in a programme of sustainable development and diversification. Key to this success is the strengthening of the Board structure"
With that in mind, the following changes have been made:
David Coleman, having successfully developed the Company over many years, as is now Group Chairman, overseeing future progress.
Mark Coleman, is now Managing Director, responsible for the delivery of development and strategic plans.
Mark Carless, having successfully worked his way through all aspects of the company, has rightly earned his appointment as Contracts Director.
Lesley Morris, a Chartered Accountant, has been the Company Secretary and Accountant for the last ten years, is now appointed as Finance Director.
Malcolm Garner, a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience over 35 years, mainly as a Senior Partner with a top ten firm of accountants, is appointed
