Clarke Demolition Ltd choose C&D Consultancy to be their training provider

Here at C&D we are very pleased to announce that Clarke Demolition Limited of Mansfield have chosen C&D to be their training provider for 2012. Following a lengthy tender procedure which required production of training plans, training needs analysis, and identification of the company requirements over the next 12 months, C&D were awarded the contract.

Our first training course on 4th April was well received by the 10 operatives present with excellent feedback and we are now embarking upon regular training for Clarke on all aspects of mandatory and suggested demolition training.

Clarke demolition Limited was formed 4 years ago by Darren Clarke and Les Hemmings, a former consultant with C&D, and it is that previous relationship with Les that led to our being asked to tender for the works.

Having worked with C&D previously Les felt that:

“The training delivered by C&D goes beyond that of other training providers as John has a relaxed training style that operatives like and that keeps them interested. Training is required across all levels of our industry but if you can make that training fun and enjoyable, whilst pressing home the inmportant messages, then we have a well trained and happy workforce.”
