Paulo Anaia on Health & Safety
John Woodward met Paulo Anaia (managing director of P A Safety Management in Cambridge and London) when he attended John's Demolition talk to the APS in London and they had a lot of similar views and spent time after the talk discussing those views.
Paulo has since gone on to contribute an article to the May/June issue of Cambridge Business magazine. The article forms a response to the problems of clearing up and redeveloping Christchurch in New Zealand. More specifically, how health and safety has been fingered for holding the whole process up.
It's an interesting read, and you can gain access to it by loading up the digital edition of the magazine and turning to page 53.
