Remember, remember the 5th November is National Stress Awareness Day

Most of us recognise the 5th November as Bonfire Night where fires are lit, the sky is filled with pretty lights, and pets get very scared. However, it's also National Stress Awareness Day (NSAD) and a time to focus on the stress caused by the pressures of daily life on individuals.

This year's theme is Stress: the balancing act, with a focus on the role of technology allowing us to be contactable 24/7. It's also an opportunity to share with you once again the Work Under Pressure video, which you can watch below:
