World Demolition Awards deadline looms

The deadline for entries to this year’s World Demolition Awards is on June 30 - less than 2 months away.

The awards dinner takes place on November 2nd in London, during the World Demolition Summit, which is organised by Demolition & Recycling International magazine.

The entry process is easy, with entry forms available for download from the event website. ‘How to enter’ leaflets in five languages will also be available to download.

There are 11 categories to enter, as follows:

• Civils Demolition
• Collaboration in Demolition
• Explosive Demolition
• Industrial Demolition
• Innovation – Plant and Equipment
• Innovation – Tools and Attachments
• Recycling and Environmental
• Safety and Training
• Urban Demolition
• Contract of the Year under US$1 million
• Contract of the Year over US$1 million

Closing date for the Demolition Awards entries is July 31st

This is a reminder that the closing date for Demolition Awards entries is getting ever closer. There are now just over 4 weeks left until the deadline!

Last day for 2012 World Demolition Awards entries

The date and venue were announced back in January, and today is the last dau for entries. We are of course talking about the World Demolition Summit 2012 and the Awards that run alongside it.

You have until the close of business today to get your entries in. They need to be sent to D&Ri editor Lindsay Gale, who can be emailed at lindsay.gale@khl.com.
