Introduction

Drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace is an increasing problem, which has detrimental effects to businesses both from a human resources perspective and also as a commercial risk. Legislation and good corporate governance dictates that the level of exposure from drug and alcohol abuse must be addressed appropriately - we can help by providing an in-depth drug and alcohol awareness training program.

Aims

This half-day session is aimed at all operational supervisors and managers security. The aim of this training course is to increase employees’ knowledge and awareness of drug & alcohol related issues in order for them to identify and reduce potential risks to Health and Safety in the workplace.

The Drug and Alcohol Awareness course includes a wide variety of learning methods including formal presentation, group activity and hypothetical situation exercises.
