Teenager suffers serious injury on demolition site in Cambridgeshire
The BBC News website is reporting that a teenager has been seriously injured on a demolition site in Cambridgeshire.
Details are scarce, but it is thought the injury was caused to his arm by "the claw of a demolition rig". The site in question is the old cinema on Great Whyte, Ramsey.
The Health and Safety Executive is currently investigating what happened and we await further news.
We do know that the teenager was found unconscious at the site, his injury was serious, but not life-threatening, and is now recovering in hospital.
