C&D are pleased to announce that they have been appointed as Demolition Consultants to Capita Symonds and Sefton Borough Council to assist with the demolition management of Balliol House at Bootle.
Balliol House is a nine storey office block that will be demolished by “Top Down” techniques after an extensive asbestos removal programme.
The contract is currently out to tender and we will advise as to the winning contractor when the results are known.
