Stadium roof collapses under weight of snow

We may have had a few inches of snow fall over the past few weeks, but spare a thought for anyone working in this stadium last week.

Due to the amount of snow collecting on the roof of the Metrodome in Minnesota, it collapsed, covering the playing field with snow and ice, and cancelling any chance of the big game happening this week.

A very spectacular, if also very expensive thing to happen.
