Three construction workers can count themselves very lucky after surviving the collapse of a bridge they were working on.
The Interstate 40 bridge in Alburquerque was being demolished under controlled conditions, but one of the girders buckled taking the bridge down. At the time 3 workers were present, one of which was using a machine.
The incident could have ended with three deaths, but somehow they all managed to walk away carrying only minor injuries.
An investigation needs to be done to figure out what exactly went wrong as at the moment no one knows why the bridge buckled like it did.
