The Charetered Institute of Wastes Management and IWM Business Services Limited is running a number of introductory guides to key topics in waste management. One of these guides is happening on Thursday, 23rd June and will cover all you need to know about landfill.
The guide takes the form of a short, open evening meeting and will focus on landfill design, operation, and regulation. It will consist of three presentations followed by coffee and a Q&A session. The meeting counts as 1.5 hours towards your CPD.
If you are interested in attending then you'll be pleased to hear this is a free event, but a booking is required due to limited space. The meeting will run from 5pm to 7pm at the Biffa Poplars Landfill Site, Lichfield Road, Cannock in Staffordshire.
