April 2015 edition of the ICM Midlands Regional Newsletter available

The Institute of Construction Management has released the April 2015 edition of the Midlands Regional Newsletter.

This edition covers the major building programme at Manchester's Belle Vue Sports Village, insulated concrete forms for use in construction, Travis Perkins planning a 400-branch expansion, and the increasing price of bricks!

Institute of Construction Management announce events programme for South East Region for 2013

The Institute of Construction Management has announced the Programme of Events 2013 for the South East Region.

The events span February to June specifically, with further details of the Autumn Programmer touched upon. You can find all the details below:

Meetings are planned for September, October and November

Institute of Construction Management Annual Meeting

Many members of the IDE are also members of The Institute of Construction Management as there is considerable overlap between the aims of the two institutes and their joint stance on CPD. So we are pleased to announce that the 37th National Rally of the ICM is being held on Saturday, June 30th at the Devere Village Hotel North Leeds.

The event commences at 7pm and will include a three-course dinner, cabaret, and dancing to live music. Tickets are £32 per person with accomodation available for £75 per double room.

Mark Rea to speak at the IDE Seminar

As regular readers of this site will know John is the President of the IDE and a member of many other institutions related to the demolition industry. One such instituition where John holds a membership is The Institute of Construction Management.

So John is particularly pleased that the President of the IConstM, Mark Rea, has confirmed that he is willing to speak at the IDE Seminar at OGGS London.
